i really enjoyed the place, everything was good. got the same double room booked online with minibar, balcony, as for instance. shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available there.

The hotel's proximity to Slipstream Sculpture is excellent and convenient for visitors.

Recently renovated and fine hotel in an excellent position in an area that finding a place for a car is at a premium. Location right by nice restaurants, operas, metro station and stores and supermarkets. For tea or coffee visit Bacio di Latte nearby.

This place has a fantastic location near the subway and in a safe area, with attractions like Slipstream Sculpture within easy walking distance.

All the rooms are rather large and have a separate sitting area, similar to a junior suite. I stayed in one of the refurbished rooms which had hardwood flooring and a flat screen tv in both the sitting area and bedroom. The hotel is located in a very nice location in the Paulista/jardins neighborhood. Free wifi of reasonable speed is available throughout the hotel.

The bathrooms and hotel in general are slightly dated. The buffet breakfast is very average.

The furniture is very simple. The room was not a luxury one as described on Booked.net. There isn`t soap to wash the dishes that were not very clean.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the bell-boy had seen us step out of the taxi at the entrance of the hotel, but he remained standing inside the hotel instead of coming out to help us with the suitcases (we could actually use some help, especially because you need to climb some stairs to reach the reception). Thus the first impression was not very welcoming. This hotel is in fact an apartment hotel, and not a regular hotel. As such, it does not have the "feeling" of a hotel, that a tourist may be looking for. Most guests are business people (location is close to Avenida Paulista, the business area) (for some, this may be a pro; for us, seeking for a holiday feeling, this was a con).

This place's fantastic location near the Seattle Art Museum was just perfect for a pleasant stroll.

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of the Jardins and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the hotel was a great option for business travel.

The internet wi fi was sporadic and the lines sometimes dropped. This is a problem everywhere in Brazil.
